Fusing Traditions: Transformations in Glass by Native American Artists

Nineteen Native American artists, using the medium of glass, have created works of art that draw upon their rich heritage to forge a contemporary Indian aesthetic. Open 10 am- 5 pm daily, until 8 pm on the first Thursday of

The Cherry Orchard
NOV. 28-DECEMBER 11, 2005 | PENTHOUSE THEATRE
Leonid Anisimov, Honored Artist of Russia, directs Chekhov’s The Cherry Orchard, in which people cling to the past, storm into the future, or find them-selves trapped in between. The Artistic Director of The Chekhov Theatre of Vladivostok and co-founder of the International Stanislavski Academy, Anisimov is one of the few masters in the world to use the Stanislavski system. The Living Art of Miguel de Cervantes

2006 History Lecture Series

Quintard Taylor, Dorothy Bullitt Professor of American History, will discuss African American History in the West. Memory, Remembrance, and Recollection in the Freudian Unconscious

Chamber Dance Company

Spanning 80 years of modern dance history, this concert offers an intimate glimpse at modern dance growing from infancy to maturity through the work of five prolific choreographers: José Limón, Ted Shawn, Doris Humphrey, Charles Weidman, and Zvi Gotheiner. School of Art Ceramics Raffle
